Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any cash-flow planning engagement you book with us. Please read them before sending an inquiry.

1. About us

These terms are offered by LogicModule Business Finance Co., Ltd., Taipei, Taiwan.

2. What we do and do not do

We provide individual cash-flow planning consultations and ongoing planning support for small businesses. We do not provide audit, tax filing, or regulated investment advice. If your case requires a registered tax professional or agent, we will tell you and hand over clean numbers. Nothing on this site is a substitute for advice from a licensed professional for your specific circumstances.

3. Using this site

You may use this site to read about our services and to send us an inquiry. You agree not to misuse the inquiry form, including by submitting false information, sending repeated unwanted messages, or attempting to disrupt the form handler. We may ignore or block inquiries that appear to be made in bad faith.

4. The inquiry form

When you submit the inquiry form, your browser sends the details you entered to a form handler on this site’s own domain. We use those details only to reply to your inquiry, as described in our privacy policy. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when we both agree to an engagement in writing.

5. Engagements and fees

Fees for a session are set in New Taiwan dollars, once the scope of your cash position is clear, after the first session. The first 60-minute session is a working session. Fees for ongoing support are agreed in writing before that work begins. Refund terms are set out on our refund policy page.

6. Your responsibilities

Cash-flow planning depends on accurate, complete information from you. You agree to give us truthful records when we work together. We are not responsible for outcomes that depend on information you did not provide or that was inaccurate.

7. Intellectual property

The forecast models, notes and documents we create for an engagement are delivered for your use in your business. You may not resell or redistribute them as a product. The content of this site — text, layout and graphics — is owned by us and may not be copied without permission, except for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Taiwanese law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from information you did not provide or from decisions you take against our written advice.

9. Applicable law

These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of Taiwan, including the Consumer Protection Act (消費者保護法). Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Taipei, unless the law requires otherwise.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will refresh the date above and post the changes. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page.
