Services

Four focused pieces of work, each with a clear deliverable. You can take one or take the full engagement.

Last updated: 2026-09-30

The rolling 13-week forecast

The lead engagement. Over a 90-minute working session we lay out a 13-week rolling cash-flow forecast against your own receivables, payroll cadence and tax deadlines. You take away a working spreadsheet, a short notes file, and an honest map of the weeks where cash runs thin.

Deliverable: a working spreadsheet model, a one-page summary of the tight weeks, and a short notes file so anyone in your business can keep it current.

Working-capital planning

We set the levels that protect cash without strangling trade — target stock weeks, receivable terms by customer type, and a payables priority list that keeps a buffer without straining supplier relationships. The output is a small set of numbers you actually use when ordering and chasing payment.

Deliverable: a working-capital policy on one page — target stock weeks, receivable terms by customer type, and a payables priority list.

Payment scheduling

We line up your recurring costs against the forecast and pick which bills to pay on receipt, which to hold to terms, and which to time to a known inflow.

Deliverable: a 13-week payables calendar with named owners and trigger dates.

Monthly review and re-roll

Ongoing support. Every month we re-roll the forecast, compare it against what really happened, and adjust the working-capital levers. The model remains yours; we keep it honest.

Deliverable: a 45-minute review session, an updated forecast, and a short note on what changed and why.

What we do not do

We do not file tax returns, perform audits, or give regulated investment advice. Our work is cash-flow planning. If your situation calls for a licensed accountant or tax agent, we will say so and hand over clean numbers.

A note on fees

Session fees are quoted in NT dollars after the first session, once the scope of your cash-flow picture is clear. The first 60-minute session is practical, not a sales call. See the refund policy for the terms that apply.
