Engagement
Each stage has a clear deliverable, so you know exactly what is finished and what comes next. No open-ended retainers — every stage ends with a deliverable.

Session 01 — First look: your cash-flow history · 60 min
We walk through a full year of your bank and ledger entries to locate where the cash really breaks — not where the profit-and-loss statement says it should. You take home the annotated timeline.
Bring: a year of bank records or a ledger file, your payroll run, and the major recurring costs you already know about.
Session 02 — Build the rolling 13-week forecast · 90 min
In a 90-minute session we lay out the 13-week model row by row against your own bank and ledger entries. You finish the session able to update it on your own.
Deliverable: the working spreadsheet model and a short notes file.
Session 03 — Working-capital and the payables calendar · 60 min
We fix stock levels and payment terms, lay out a payables plan against the forecast, and choose the few levers that free up the most cash.
Deliverable: a one-page working-capital policy and a 13-week payables calendar.
Session 04 — Pressure-testing the tight month · 45 min
We stress-test the forecast against your toughest recent quarter and draft a single-page plan for the lean weeks — drawn credit, brought-forward payment, deferred purchase.
Deliverable: a one-page tight-weeks plan, with named triggers.
Ongoing — Monthly review and re-roll · 45 min
Monthly, we roll the forecast forward, check it against what actually happened, and adjust. You own the model; we keep the numbers honest.
Deliverable: an updated forecast, plus a brief note on what shifted and why.
