What we collect and why
We collect only the personal data you choose to give us through the inquiry form on this site, and only to respond to your inquiry about cash-flow planning services.

We do not collect browsing data, location data, device fingerprints, or any analytics data. There is no analytics or third-party tracking running on this site.
How we use your data
We use the details in your inquiry to:
- Reply to your message, usually by email.
- Prepare for a first consultation if you book one.
- Keep a record of the inquiry in case you follow up later.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We do not use your data to train automated decision-making systems.
Where your data goes
Your inquiry is sent by your browser to a form handler on the same domain as this site (/api/inquiry). It is not sent to a third-party form service, a marketing platform, or an external CRM. The only storage item placed in your browser by this site is your consent choice, kept under the key lmbf_consent_v1 in this browser’s local storage.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and for a short period afterwards in case you follow up, then delete them. If you become a client, the records of our engagement are kept for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period after, in line with tax and accounting requirements in Taiwan.
Your rights under the PDPA
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request a correction of inaccurate data.
- Request that we stop collecting, processing or using your data.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention duties.
